Recommendations for DEI Programs in the Wake of Recent Federal Court Decision Findings on Diversity Initiatives
On June 3rd, 2024, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals issued a decision, American Alliance for Equal Rights v. Fearless Fund Management Fund, LLC, et al, that impacts considerations for how diversity, equity and inclusion (“DEI”) programs will be analyzed under federal law.
